As part of the QMS MS ISO 9001:2015 requirement, under Clause 9.1.2, UniMAP is required to provide a mechanism to gauge its customer’s satisfaction of its services and products.

In this regard, SQM runs the annual Student Satisfaction Survey to fulfil the requirement, as well as to ensure that the university is sensitive of staff & student’s needs, concerns and satisfaction. Findings are presented in the annual Management Review Meeting (MKSP), in which issues are discussed and addressed.
