PUSPEK is divided into three divisions namely Corporate Development Division, Quality Management Division and General Administration Division.
The functions of each section are as follows:
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION
The Corporate Development Division manages, governs, coordinates and organizes activities related to strategy and performance management systems, iPMO administration, corporate health research, university data collection and information, and the establishment of a parent company of the university. To perform the specified functions.
This division is divided into three units namely:
- Strategic Unit
- IPMO Unit
- Corporate Research Unit
QUALITY MANAGEMENT DIVISION
The Quality Management System Division functions to manage, administer, coordinate and manage activities related to quality management systems, particularly in the MS ISO acquisition process in various scopes; Quality audits, and training related to culture and quality improvement work processes such as 5S Systems and Innovative and Creative Groups.
To launch the administration of this division, three units were set up namely:
- ISO Unit
- 5S unit
- KIK Unit
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
The General Administration Division functions to manage, administer, coordinate and manage activities related to the general administration of the office, particularly in the management and administration of infostructure, human resources, human capital, purchasing, finance, infrastructure, and general affairs relating to units, centers and / Or internship and / or external departments or agencies.
