PUSPEK coordinates UniMAP’s data for the purpose of input into the MyMoheS system, which is run by the Ministry of Education. The system is a data repository for all public universities, particularly for the domains of:
1) Staff
2) Student
3) R&D&C
4) Institutional Information.

The existence of the system enables data of the university to be accessed instantly from a one-stop centre, be it by the ministry or to serve internal data needs.

As MyMoheS is expected to be the single point of truth for university data, it is vital that the data provided is verified and its integrity checked, a task that PUSPEK takes very seriously, and continuously does.

The submission of data is made possible with the cooperation of data owners at the university and their corresponding team of IT officers from UniMAP’s ICT Centre.

As part of the MyMoheS process and procedure, PUSPEK representative also attends scheduled meetings at the Ministry of Education to check issues related to data input.

A star-rating mechanism is used by the Ministry to gauge each university’s data, with regard to three criteria – data quality, data completeness, and timeliness. PUSPEK works hard to ensure that UniMAP data input fulfils all the criteria.
